CleanWP Tools is operated by SSP Organization, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company. Our goal is simple: if a paid CleanWP Tools plugin is not a good fit, we want to handle that fairly and quickly.

Marketplace purchases

If you purchase through a marketplace or licensing partner, that provider's refund process may control the refund request.

Direct purchases

For direct purchases, CleanWP Tools offers a 14-day refund window for first-time purchases when the plugin does not work as described and support cannot resolve the issue.
