How to Syndicate WordPress Posts Between Sites You Own

Use selected syndication
Do not syndicate every post by default. Use a tag, checkbox, category, or explicit source feed to decide which articles should move from one site to another.
Preview before importing
A good syndication workflow should show what will be added, skipped, or updated before content is created. This gives editors a chance to catch source mistakes and avoid duplicate imports.
Track source identity
Every imported post should store a source URL or source ID. That is how the target site knows whether a future import is a new article or an update to content it already received.
Prefer draft import at first
