How to Syndicate WordPress Posts Between Sites You Own

Owned-site syndication is useful when one team manages several sites, but the workflow needs controls. Blind RSS importing can create duplicates, formatting issues, and editorial surprises.

Use selected syndication

Do not syndicate every post by default. Use a tag, checkbox, category, or explicit source feed to decide which articles should move from one site to another.

Preview before importing

A good syndication workflow should show what will be added, skipped, or updated before content is created. This gives editors a chance to catch source mistakes and avoid duplicate imports.

Track source identity

Every imported post should store a source URL or source ID. That is how the target site knows whether a future import is a new article or an update to content it already received.

Prefer draft import at first

For new syndication connections, import to draft until the workflow is proven. Once formatting, categories, images, and duplicate behavior look right, publishing can become more automated.

CleanWP Tools angle

Syndication Bridge is built for owners of multiple WordPress sites who want selected, previewable syndication without storing administrator credentials.
